View Full Version : DVB-T USB recommendations
Im looking for a reliable & inexpensive usb DVB-T stick to go with my ET5000 can any one recommend one that is going to work in the UK
I also want the HD channels as well
update just seen the sponsors sell one at £29, unless any one else can suggest something better ?
try the Hauppage hvr-900....
plenty on usual auction sites...
got mine for £12...:)
Update..... this doesnt do the HD channels...sorry m8
The only USB stick that is DVB-T2 and works with VU+/Xtrend is tehPCTV Nano 290e, google around and you'll find for approx £55.
The one the sponsor sells is a WIN NOVA T and it does not do HD channels for that you need a T2 stick.
As for the WIN NOVA it works fine, been using one for months no problems whatsoever.
I am using the PCTV 290e on a Duo and it works great. One annoying thing it that it seems to go to sleep after I put my Duo on standby and only way to get it back working is a full reboot on the Duo!
Must be a driver thing??
