problems online update not working

hi

can someone tell please me where i have gone wrong for some reason i can go to update and select ok to update it seems to update to latest build but then it reboots as normal but after i check to see if its been updated its still the same build

using vu duo vix 2.4 165 build

upgrade is available but nothing happens :(

init 4
opkg update && opkg upgrade

reboot when finished

thanks but do i just type it in using dreamx on my mac ?

open a telnet session then type the commands. Im not sure how to open a telnet session on a mac.

As your problems are very persistent, I would suggest to flash the box with the latest build (213).
Make a settings-backup before doing that, and the box should be up & running in some 10 minutes.
