Stuck on update screen

Sat box been sat on update screen for over half an hour. Updated normally take 2-3mins on my Virgin 30MB BB. I have added a USB stick today and set my EPG to update to that other than the HDD but thats the only change i have made. No picons used or setup, as that was next on my list after update.
Should i continue to wait or ..... :eek: power cycle the box.

It should not take that long. i'd power it down then try a update via telnet with with the following command.

init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6

Boot failure. Going to have to reinstall vix again :mad:

Yes, i try to update from 439 to 440 a fresh install of 439 and not boot, give me a OpenVix bootlogo but stay in "booting..." i try via software and via putty but is similiar.
