Done my iPhone 5 last week and since then my battery seems to be draining fast it don't even last half a day now, anyone else having these issues, did have a load of tweaks installed but took most of them off now and battery still draining fast, any ideas???
i have noticed a battery drain on 6.1 with my 4s and also my gf one as well mayb an issue with the firmware.. have you tried any ios forums?

Yea mine drained when I upgraded to iso 6.1 but when jail-braking its twice as bad have to charge 2 times a day.
hmm, thats no good. try running the phone is safe mode (disables all packages) and see if its any better or just a fresh install and jailbreak again. if you have sbsetting worth checking what process you have running that are draining the battery. d you have backgrounder that is keeping a high usage app running?
mine started doing it the other day... so i removed the app or tweak i had installed last. once i'd removed it all was good again.. 3G unrestricter seemed to be the culprit on mine
Yes. Battery drain on mine too, but I put it down to my animated live weather lock screen.

I made a post on the forum the other day about Vodafone recomending its customers stay away fom ios 6.1 because of these issues.

Yep... for the 4S and there is an update out 6.1.1
There is also word that it fixes some WiFi issues, so may become a general release.

that was to sort out the 3g issues. i upgraded and the jb still works with it lets hope every one else is as lucky when they do a wide spread release

All I have installed at present is sbsettings
Infinfolders
Appsync
Winterboard

Battery issue still the same goes from 100% down to 20% in less than 4 hrs with not much use god help me if I wanna play any games etc :(
Will try a restore then fresh jailbreak tomorrow see if it helps.

Ok buddy, will let yous know how it goes, suppose I could live without a jail break for a few days :0
When I was on 6.0 with no jb the batter life of my iPhone 5 was brill, use to go a full day with medium use and still be on 60-70% but upgraded it 6.1 and I noticed it drained it more as with same use I'd be on 20-30% but after jb I'd be down to 20% just after half a day :(
I came from 5.1.1 and now on 6.1.1 and i notice a battery drain but i am a heavy user

Can confirm that my battery is a heck of a lot better after restoring, going to leave it like this for a few days then jail break again

then it must be a tweak! although i have herd on other forums that 4g drains the battery rather quickly! i am having an annoying problem with APPs when i respring -_-

Gave up on jailbreak because updated to 6.3.1 and Appel seem to have fixed the battery issues only used 1% since 7am
Ahhh what a shame, a colleague of mine is having issues with his Iphone 5 unjailbroken with battery drain issues
