Panasonic TV Code?

I have a Panasonic th37px60b and have followed the manual to pair the control so I can control the TV from TM-2T remote but I haven't been successful.

I have tried all the panasonic codes in the TM-2T manual.

Had a problem with the controller or box.
Had both items swapped (box wasn't booting from deep standby) and now the standard Panasonic code is working.
