View Full Version : Yellow buttom pause.. why?
Hi All
Have been using the GB Quad for about 2 weeks now and love it..
But i have a weird problem now.. Everytime i press the yellow buttom i pause the tv.. before i could choose satalites..
What did i press or do wrong?
Thx
there's a plugin called Multiquick button.
Download and install it, you can assign your remote buttons with it, very useful plugin.
Hi,
I think the default action for the yellow button is EPG search, but maybe you've enabled Permanent Time Shift, and that's why it's now pausing live tv? To check go to Menu > System > Time Shift Settings

The yellow button in ViX is never supposed to pause. So either you did change something yourself, or something is wrong with your image.
If the latter I would suggest to flash the box with 739 without restoring settings.
No mention from the OP of image or build he's using, so pretty hard to diagnose anything...

Yeah, true ......
Im using Build 2013-09-07
It's weird because i did not change anything.. and as mention, i have been using this box for about 2 weeks now.. its started by itself..
This is what the color keys does now..
Red = Cool Nice Guide
Green = Goes to Plugins
Yellow = Pause Tv
Blue = Choose Extention..
I guess i could reset the box and upload a new software.. But really wanna avoid this because i have to make new search and favorit list :/

not sure if you can use cool tv guide on vix? Perhaps this is the conflict, can someone confirm? Are you on Vix?
sorry, dont know this image, perhaps they are the default options on this image.

Cool is not compatible with ViX, so probably that's the cause.
im not on open VIX.. but on the original software Open Mips that came with the box

OK, then it will be the default (as it is on OE2 based images; just because DM didn't have proper DVR-buttons on several of their R/C's).
