Recording issue

I have a fault which I think is a hardware problem but any advice would be great. This problem is on BH and VIX images. I havent tested any other images. I'm currently on VIX with latest build. When I record a sky channel, I am unable to view Freeview channels. When I record a freeview channel I am able to watch any subscription channel.

My Tuners are set up as follows:

Tuner A: Config mode: simple
Mode: Single
Satellite: 28.2e
Send DISEqC: No

Tuner B: Equal to Tuner A

i have also configured Tuner B as same settings but still the same. When I try to view a freeview channel when recording sky, Tuner AB is on constant red and eventually Tune failed appears.

I believe its a hardware fault as I have set up the exact same box on the exact same settings for a friend and theirs does not have this problem.

Any thoughts please?

Check feeds, LNB etc...

Might be worth trying to test each tuner seperatly, disable one,, then the other and see do they both work individually..

Indeed.
And if found one faulty, change feeds and see if the issue moves to the other tuner.
