cheers s1m0nw , dose that apply to team red image too?? , currently running vix atm. had my quad a few days now
Yes it does apply to that image aswell
No need to flash a bootloader on HD Quad. Factory installed bootloader is fine.

Don't you have to flash a different image for the teamred image? i had to on mine, it was a fairly new box too, only a couple of month old

You have to flash any new image you want to try..
Think of it this way.. If your laptop / pc runs on Windows 7.. Then You cant use Windows 8 until you format your lappy/pc and install Windows 8..
Images are basically the same..

Unlikely mate. We have discussed this in private and publicly on the forum and always reach the same opinion. Nice gimmick but not for ViX.

Tried teamred image, I think I lasted 5 minutes with it before I went back to VIX!
GAH
That's Not Technically True Mr. Mister... You Can Have Multiple OS's On A Laptop/Desktop In Different Partitions, And Then Use A Bootloader If Necessary To Boot Them... I Used To Have 4 Different OS's On My System For Testing, But These Days I Use Virtual OS's...

I was merely trying to explain that if your lappy is running windows 7.. That it wont run windows 8 until you put it on..
Jeeze.. Sometimes you guys are hard work.. :lol3: .. Head and brick wall come to mind..
