unable to flash

hi.i am trying to flash my gigablue 800se by usb. I poeer the receiver on with usb in front and the display says 'usb, conf, then done'. I have tried the front and also the back usb slot but still unable to flash with appolo. I have the correct files on the root of the usb. I have also tried by downloading appolo via vix menu. it says it's reflashing but I left it 2 hours and the same screen with no progress. any ideas?

is the vix an old version as there is a new bootloader for gigablue models[ check the tuts for flashing to be 100% sure ] bootloader first then reboot box and format usb again then image onto usb.also note you might have to try another usb stick as some boxes are fussy.
