The missing picon script has been adapted.

13/04/2015

Presence of conventional and SNPicons picons checked.
SNP names, SRP and Ocram's reference listed.
You can optionally place a lamedb file and/or picon folder in tmp directory. These will be used instead of the system ones. If not present, system ones will be checked.
Output file name changed.

An error in the Ocram column fixed.
Extra column for people want to create symlinks.
