This guide is suitable for any dual booting Wetek device.
You will need:
WeTek (dual booting model)
Micro SD (minimum 4 GB) class 10 recommend.
PC/Mac
Software and Tools:
OpenELEC, LibreELEC, Enigma 2 image, whatever you wish to dual boot.
Win32 Disk Imagger -

Installation:
1. Download SD Formatter 4.0 for SD/SDHC/SDXC
click on this link ->

scroll down to SD Formatter 4.0 for Windows and Mac
Download version for your computer and install. After installation you will have a desktop icon 48112
Double click on the Desktop icon.

if you get the above get you have no card in your reader so put a card in your reader and clcik on Refresh.

Wait for format to complete and your SD card will be ready.
Download OpenELEC, LibreELEC, Linux Enigma 2, whatever you want to dual boot to your desktop.
If you DO NOT have Winrar installed on your PC/MAC install it. Download from here

Right click on your download image file and select 'Extract here'

Download and install Win32 Disk Imager

After installation you should have this desktop icon 48120
RIGHT CLICK ON THE ABOVE ICON AND SELECT 'RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR'.

Note: After installation Win32 Disk Imager application is located at:
Windows 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\ImageWriter
Windows 32 bit: C:\Program Files\ImageWriter
Click on blue Folder icon and browse for wetek-openelec folder, where inside you will find .img file, and select it.

Now, you should select from Devices dropdown menu, letter which represents inserted Micro SD card
Once when You selected Micro SD card, click on [Write], confirm everything what Image Writer may ask
you and wait that application burn .img file to Micro SD

Click ok and remove SD card from PC/MAC.
Power off Wetek device, insert SD card and power on. Depending on device and firmware version you will get option to boot in whatever OS you have added to SD card or you will get prompted asking what you want to boot.
