If you like to have a swapstick running on your ET 9000 you can install this plugin:
enigma2-plugin-swapdevice_0.4_mipsel.ipk (attached).
Step 1:
Format your swapstick as a Linux-Swap (you can use Gparted to format the stick, the link for the .iso file
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gparted/files/old-gparted-livecd/gparted-livecd-0.3.4-11/gparted-livecd-0.3.4-11.iso/download
This .iso burn on a cd and start Gparted by booting from the CD.
Use "Standard Vesa" for graphical device and format the stick as "linux swap"
Step 2:
Install enigma2-plugin-swapdevice_0.4_mipsel.ipk (packed in the .zip file)
- Copy with ftp enigma2-plugin-swapdevice_0.4_mipsel.ipk to /tmp on your ET 9000
- Login with telnet (username=root, no password)
- cd /tmp
- on prompt type: opkg install enigma2-plugin-swapdevice_0.4_mipsel.ipk
Step 3:
- Plugin your swapstick und reboot the ET 9000
- Now you will find in menu/extenision "SwapDeviceCtrl"
- Enable swapstick on boot
