Yes that is correct. ViX 4.2.028 is the last image available for your receiver.

Thanks for that. What do you suggest i do as i am not going to buy any other receivers. They are costly.

ok but when frequencies change some channels and picons go missing too.

update picons manually and hope ABM continues to work, same boat as another box working perfect but no longer supported

Ok. Well as i said in a previous post i am not going to change boxes as they are quite costly as u know. Do i have to use Openvix image or can i use other images?

You could take a look at OpenATV and maybe OpenMips done one too.

Ok do you know whether they are guaranteed to work? The last thing just would want is tone fry my receivers.

Flashing a receiver will not fry a receiver.
Best you make an image backup before you flash other images.

I have installed openmips the latest image. Can anyone please advise where or how I can find the softcam menu mgcam 1.35a

Hi can anybody answer my previous question? How and where can i download the softcam menu for openmips? There is no option for it in the plugin menu.
