Probably trying to do something and running out of resources.

Do you have a swap file active and enabled?

You need to create a swap file for your ageing receiver. Blue button > ViX > Swap Manager. Create a 256mb swap file to your HDD. Make sure its active & runs on autostart.

Basically, it's just a way of swapping out blocks of RAM to disc when the system is running low.

It just runs in the background, you never need to do anything with it.

If you're not having problems, then probably no. Someone, I'm sure, will be able to advise.
