Is double LNB the same as wideband?
If not, what's the difference?
Thanks

They are different. Twin port is just two universal LNBs in one item. They switch between high, low, vertical, horizontal.

A wideband LNB comes with two ports. One for whole vertical polarity and the other for the horizontal one.

Connecting to one port of a twin universal LNB will allow you to receive everything on that satellite. Connecting to one port of a wideband will only get you Horizontal or Vertical polarities (depending on which port you are connected to). I think there will be no switching between high/low either.

Will I connect two independent tuners to twin and everyone will be able to choose any program?

And this cannot be done in wideband?

You cannot use wideband LNB directly on Enigma2 receivers.

The ports on a universal LNB are independent.

Each cable from a twin universal lnb can be connected to a separate tuner & they will be independent of each other.
