VU+ Duo 4K SE won't booting

Dear all

I bought VU+ Duo 4K SE ***REMOVED PRIVATE ORDER DETAILS*** and I just received it today in my country QATAR I turned it on, and it was working just fine, But I had a electric disconnection which caused the box to get off and on after that it won't booting any more (see attach pic)

Is there any chance to reload or reflash it agine with blockhole or do recovery?

Obviously crashed badly, so better to USB flash the box again from downloads above (OpenViX) or from openbh downloads

Curious if box was stuck on splash screen how did you see the Openvix message above.

Is your remote working as i see a spinning logo top left of screen.

Was epg set to store to usb or hdd

You can find the openbh image on the openbh board in the downloads section.
