Viarksat (not 4k) looping after update

Hello, wonder can you help or advise please
Have Viark Sat (1 yr old) updated latest firmware from link
this put the box into constant booting mode going to Logo then booting again
Sought advice and was given Firmware V 6.00
Viark accepted this and is useable but if I try to install V2.20 (by UPDATE.BIN) or internally via USB
It goes back to looping with Boot & Logo
Be grateful for any help and advice

how did u do this could explain what did u do to the box to get it working
