Hopefully the recent bug reported when using the later Black Hole images has been fixed
(Please advise if any different)

Work in progress to tidy up sats & transponders that are no longer in use

Also some channels are now set to hide mode (where they are listed as dual/back up channels,etc) & when shown in dreamset etc they are listed in Italic

Merry Christmas to all users & big thanks to pem1 for hopefully identifying the issue around BH images
