I've posted a bug report with screenshots from 28.2E. I have no access to Freeview.



EDIT - I think this may be a broadcast (playout centre) issue. I've fired up my Old Win 7 machine with Transedit and can see that the EIT now/next data contains "#" instead of "£". I'm digging into the Freesat schedule data now.


Further EDIT - definitely a broadcast issue. The EIT now/next has "#", the Freesat EPG schedule has "£".

With ITV HD moving to new transponders on 3/10/24 , https://rxtvinfo.com/satellite-updates/ it appears that VPS is no longer working as I have had several failed timers, (but still working fine on freeview) BBC & Channel 4 still work fine.

VPS still working fine on ITV on Freesat (as of Friday for sure!). I use ABM to set my bouquet to London. ITV2/3/4 HD were flaky a few weeks ago, but all fine now. Various regions have had issues as transponders are changed and Freesat are slow to update service IDs, so now/next and schedule EPG are not always present.

I did wonder why my ET8000 had no epg for ITV2 and ITV4 and missed a timer recording on ITV3 , all HD channels . Checked my location on ET10000 and was different so changed on 8000 and now populated and working again.
