Seen this on another board and box cant accept a sat signal or ....
Here is a pic of the configuration under information.

Out of curiousity I have never seen this before and wondered is it a fault or .. something else.

Strange as its not seeing a sat signal with all the things you have tried and other boxes work in the same spot.
Reflashed and no difference and wonder if H8S users or others can comment?

Is that from the spec? and image cant recognise it? Would that affect functionality ie cant get sat signals?

Ah that would indicate a hardware fault then.

I see no tuner info. Maybe do a reflash or make tuner settings right

No I only saw the pic on another board and... thought there was a simple explanation, ie its a fault. Openvix is used and box has been flashed to 6.6. I went back and found the thread. And I looked at box on here. Its great value but the user cant get box to lock on a sat signal, and they have another box that they can plug in and get a signal, its 28e they want.

Its no big deal, and box is under warranty.

Tuners are correct ie sat and DTT.

Other boxes have been plugged in there and work straight away , that box of his shows 0% signal on 28.2.
Fully reflashed and no settings restore and epg was stored on usb.
