[GiGaBlue HD800UE+] apollo image problem

hello, I,ve installed the latest apollo image on my gigablue se+ everything seems to be ok except ts media every time I try to play media/ films ect it goes into error and the box reboots, I've also put a older version of ts media on & its still the same has anyone any idea how to fix this please.
