black screen when message of recording

Since a few weeks the screen goes full screen black with the message that a recording starts. Also when sending messages to the box through ftp it's not a box message anymore.

Before it was a box message in the middle of the screen.

How can i change it back to box messages instead of the whole screen going black.

also, what build number & skin are you now using?

I'm on 767 with the standard box pop up for MOTD2 an hour ago. I'll update later and see if its the same as your box.

On 770 now and recording popup and FTP MSG appears in the usual centred box. You have done the required flash after 760?

latest build and it is with all skins the same. I'm using Magic HD

When a recording starts, a message appears :

A recording has been started......

this used to be a message appearing in a box in the middle of the screen, now the whole screen goes black with the message in small text.

And yes i did a clean flash, this problem is since many updates already.

correction : the problem seems to be in the skin Magic HD as i have the boxed message again with Vix-Night-HD.

I can only comment on my Quad which still gives the centred box alert for recording start and MSG via FTP. Is my box the only one still working as before? Maybe something got corrupt during the last flash?

Please 'latest build and it is with all skins the same' is not relevant & of no point in trying to debug.
Menu -> Information -> About
The exact build number is what's required.
Also helps others in the future if they have the same issue on an older build.

This is not 'a problem', but by design.
