[ViX_Misc] box freezing

Ive been trying to sort this problem for months so i hope someone can help.I have a 1TB HDD with external power which is working fine now. The problem is when the box has been on any channel for a while and i change the channel, the box freezes and the VIX logo spins in the corner for a while, then the channel changes. I have the EPG set up to save on a separate USB stick, and the HDD is for recording only. Any help appreciated as it is doing my head in.

Hi, it is the H2 Gzemma. The time shift is not enabled, only when i press the pause button and its location is external HDD.

That counterfeit Chinese **** is not supported here nor do ViX produce images for it.
