[VU+ Duo] can't get web interface to work with new build

well i just installed the latest vix build. Openwebif worked fine, but i wanted to use the old style version.

So i removed openwebif from the plugins, and downloaded/installed the 'old web interface' and 'old web interface src'.
It didn't work. If i went to the ip it would say Page 404 not found.

gave up. reinstalled openwebif. Now it keeps asking for an admin and password.

also just after reinstalling it in the vu duo, it comes up with an error message 'some plugins not working, webinterface extension'

some plugins are not avialable@
extension/webinterface (cannot import name gettoplevel)
extensions/webinterface (cannot import name get/toplevel)

What the hell am i doing wrong?

Scroll down to : Open Webif
check to see if Openweb interface is enabled Yes
Http port mine is set to 00080

I know it is an old post but I had the same problem had the wrong port mine was 08080 changed it to 00080 works now thanks have another issue my vu duo say's no network connection found please ensure your receiver is connected to the internet have it connected via ethernet cable,satellite channels working ok just cannot download plugins
