Connection refused telnet/ftp

Hi for some reason I now can't login to the box via ftp or telnet , The boxes ip hasn't changed as it I set it to a static one.

I can login via Open webif with no problems via browser.

I have reset my router, reset network via box, and reset my pc still the same the connection is being refused.

Search download and PUTTY.run putty on computer and change the name of image.... normally its NAME =root and Password=dreambox keep root but change the dreambox to what you want.
full instructions come with putty.input new pasword into

using putty I can connect but no idea of how to change the name of image like you say
