Hello. Switched my box off from behind as it was stuck on loading when i was using openkodi. When the box came back on it just constantly crashed with the "we are really sorry your receiver encountered a problem" error. I've read that i should reflash my box but how do i do that if i cant use it at all as it keeps crashing? Thanks

You can still ftp to receiver if it is restarting. If you can get hold of the crash log, that could help resolve thr problem.

If you can FTP to it then telnet into it instead and type "init 4".
This should stop it rebooting while you try to find the log files.
Thank you! deleted the webinterface folder and the box is alive again. Thought it was because i turned the reciever off from the back but the reason for the crashing was because i'd installed that plugin.

Just out of curiosity, why did you want to install the other web interface?
I thought it was a web browser lol. Was looking through the plugins trying to find a web browser so i could stream the footy
