Can someone please help or confirm that one of my diseqc switches is kaput.

I have had for many a year a five twin lnb dish setup which connects to 2 separate 8x1 disecqc switches. Theses witches are individually fed to two vix image flashed Zgemma 9s receivers.

All was fine until today when I decided to flash one of the receivers with an open atv image.

Image flashed fine but I could pick up any channels when scanning satellites on advance mode. After many attempts and failures I decided to revert back to vix image and still have same problem, not even a factory reset has had any effect
.
I have just connected an old Technomate nano m3 just in case box had developed a bug but still not able to pick up any channels.

I am right in assuming that switch is a goner. Just to also confirm that the second zgemma receiver is working fine on other switch.

Which switch is it? Exact model please.

How have you set up the tuner? Provide screen shots.

Did you use a settings backup when reinstalling ViX?

Hi Huevos, thanks for reply.
Yes, settings back up didn't work nor did flashing new latest vix image

Not sure on switch make and model, fitted behind dish many years ago. I'll have to climb up and check for any potential loose connections tomorrow and feedback
.
I'll post a screenshot after physical check of switch if still not working

Well this is highly embarrassing for me.

I went up first light to check connections on" malfunctioning " switch and realised that lnb ports are not assigned the same as other switch, hence root of "issue"

Just off to doctors for dementia test, lol
Sincere apologies for any undue waste of time to anyone concerned.
