[Maxytec Multibox] Dreamplex cant decode video stream

Hi

I'm trying to watch a video file from my plex using dreamplex. I keep getting cant decode video stream error on screen but the video is playing fine in the background. It's a MK4 file but works on my other receiver (S4008). Tried MP4 files etc and they are throwing up the same error?

Don't you just press the blue button to transcode instead of stream

I've tried that but then it doesn't play just freezes
