EPG Importer Down ?

Not able to get nay EPG info via epg importer, when i look at the log it says download failed: checkValidServer reject the server

Are you importing a .gz? Please be specific so we can check this out.

Also please include details about the image and hardware you are using.

It looks like OE-Allience needs to add latest commits and if using iptv sources you need to include nocheck="1" in the sources.xml example

I havent tried latest EPG Import so im not having this issue so I cant comment if this is correct.

Im confused by the difference in OE-Allience and PLI

For example in EPGImport.py OE-Alliance has

from twisted import version
from sys import version_info
from socket import getaddrinfo, AF_INET6, has_ipv6

But PLI doesn't.



Ive forked OE xmltv

Downloaded PLI epgimport in ZIP

Then opened GitHub desktop and just added the files that PLI has changed in the last few days but it seems there is a big difference between PLI and OE files.

Am I best just manually changing each line that has been changed over the last few days rather than just swapping the files?

These are the 3 files that have been changed over the last few days I have just downloaded them from PLI git.

I replaced them with what is on my box and that works with adding nocheck="1" to the sources.xml but im still not sure of the big difference between PLI and OE branches.

Just add the PLi commit to the OE-A files. Don't change the files.
