EPG menu not fitting on screen

Hi I recently purchased a Technomate Nano 2T my problem is when I call up the EPG on screen TV menu it does not fit the screen properly, it appears the TV screen is not wide enough to see all the menu, parts of the lettering in the programme titles are missing i.e. BBC shows BC and ITV show V etc. I have tried changing the aspect on my TV to 16:9 and 4:3 but no joy. I have also tried changing the font size in the EPG menu on the receiver box to no avail . Can anyone help please Regards greenaway

Overscan is enabled on your TV. Google the make, model & overscan to see how to turn it off.

What image & build number are you using?
If you can't disable overscan & are using ViX, Menu -> Setup -> System -> User Interface -> Position setup.
