EPG PrimeTime

If you enter the graphical EPG and then press the menu button there is a Primetime setting.

How is this setting used? Is it possible to skip forward 1 day to the primetime on the next day?

I'm also interested in the EPG navigation. Skipping forwards/backwards days would be very handy.
Are there any quicker navigation buttons? - I can arrow up, down, left, right and also type in the channel number.

The < and > buttons (either side of the 0) will bring you forwards/back one day at at time
