[ET10x00] epg refresh not working query

On the odd time with gaps in my EPG data I would rerun EPG Refresh and it worked fine. Now I have a different line of reference not seen before.
Other boxes can still run EPG Refresh so not sure.

Just to add the first image below shows EPG Refresh on the Zgemma 7HS which works, but has changed on my Xtrend ET10000 and no updates run.

You're refreshing by tuning to IEPG Data 1 for at least 2 minutes?

No i would just use blue button and press epg refresh which has now changed for unknown reason.

This one below is from my zgemma7 hs which still shows epg refresh refresh now

It was always setup to run when starting up on all boxes and if needed i used no 5 which has changed on box,i added a zgemma issue of first image to show what was on my et10000 and only rebooted box and no upgrades so no idea why it has changed

You need to zap to IEPG Data 1 channel for 2 mis for EPG to populate using EPGRefresh.

What have you told EPG refresh to do? Unless you tell it to do what you want, it does nothing useful.

What image version date is on Xtrend?
What image version is on Zgemma?

Please don't say "latest".

My epg refresh is the same setup and version on both boxes and used to run for a few seconds to download.

Both boxes not running same version but epg refresh now has changed + i never before had to go to a data channel before on foreign sat.

Your first screenshot shows it while it is zapping/refreshing. That is normal view while it is doing its thing. Stop it using the menu that says to stop refreshs (8) and then check again.

EPG Refresh is just a channel zapper/selector. You have to tell it what services/channels to select. Please read the guide again on how to set it up:

The version number in plugin does not always mean it is the same as another one. Most time people change something, the version number is not increased. Check the commit history for the changes:

Anyway, that is not relevant to your issue. Your issue is that it is zapping and probably stalled. This is why I don't use the shitty plugin. Wait until it fires off while you are performing a software update.

I removed the extension from plugins and reinstalled it and ran it like it was before.

You are not listening. If you look at the extension list ( blue button) see it while it is processing, you will see the other two items. That is normal, nothing is broken.

If you don't set it to select the channels to zap to, it won't do anything for you.
