[VU+ Duo] error code 21

hello all I have a vu duo that had an old Apollo image on it I think it was build 29 and if I tried to install any plugins on to it I was getting a message your vu duo is not connected to the internet please check settings but my settings were ok as my box was connected to the internet I had a look on around here and some on mentioned that my image may have been out of date so I had a look at what images were here and how to upgrade them everything looked straight forward down load image build 3.2 (15) put onto usb power off box put in usb to box power on and hey presto new image on box easy then I heard about picons knew nothing about them had a look around here got some info and picked up how to install easy done that working ok also got epg working and saving on to usb stick I had the usb in the usb port on the front of the box took it out put in the port at the back turned on the box and went out for a while came back no tv on got the remote to see if I could change channels no good tried menu no good powed off the box and on again box says starting on screen says please wait then nothing just a picture on screen of vix image then after a while that goes away tried to restore from back up can't access the menu with remote tried to reflash no good as when I reformat my usb and load on image again and follow same steps power off insert usb power on the box says reading usb for less than a second the goes straight to starting and on screen says please wait the wait goes away and nothing on remote no menu the box is getting a signal from the remote as the green light flashes on the box when I press the remote control then I tried to flash a boot loader with a serial cable but I get fail to read error 21 any one know what that means I can telenet the box and look at the files on it also when I type command top via telenet to see what is running on the box I get 1 running 73 sleeping I have tried to add a screen shot of the image any help please

If you are sure you don't have a clone your duo could be dying I think it is called memory bleed???

Got dizzy way before error 21 is even mentioned in the main post.

You do have to understand though that English isn't everybody on this forums first language yet they come and give their time and expertise to us non genius's.
All that is asked is that information is given as uniformly, clearly and consisely as is possible.
