[CrossEPG-Other] Error message when activating crossepg

HI if i try to start crossepg by the blue button or by plugins i get an error message to set it up first, but if i go through the setup menu and don't change a thing and just click download it works fine.

Clean build (763 but happens on the last few builds) and 28.2 ticked in set up all i do is do a clean install then install my vhannibals settings and run cross epg and it runs and fills in fine except for the above problem, any help on this ?
