Freezing

Hi
I have a Technomate TM-TWIN-OE ViX and it keeps freezing when their seems to be more action going off. I've had a new dish fitted and LMB, checked all cables, It as the latest sofware installed 808.
I'm thinking of buying a vu+ solo 2 twin tuner dvb-s2 hd, but if I can get the TM working properly,I'll keep it.
Any help would be very much appreciated

When I'm watching, lets say a film. The more intense/faster the film gets. Action wise. Its like the box I'm using just can't keep up. The scene freezers/pauses for a short while. Then restart again. Missing the most inportant time ie Fighting, crashes. Things like that. I'm thinking the TM isn't quick enough.

Do you get any of this happen on fta channels, such as bbc or itv?

ITV sometims, BBC very rare, but channel five is the worst. Its not just the film channel either. Anything that seems to require power so to speak. It stalls/freezers

The situation you describe (The more intense/faster the film gets. Action wise) doesn't put any strain on the box. It has to do exactly the same job for showing a still.
It does however change things on the TS: the more action, the higher the bitrate, the more impact any LNB-misalignment will have.
