[GiGaBlue QUAD+ PLUS] Genric Back Up Settings

Not sure if this a stupid question but can the back up settings of one manufacturer's box be used on another.
Obviously both box's running VIX and not the full image back up, just the Settings.

No such thing as a stupid question. If its a Vix image then its enigma 2 so compatible.
