[VU+ Solo2] How do I change Skin?

Hi All,

The plugins section appeared to have stopped working on my VU+ Solo2 ViX, so I thought rather than try and fix it I'd just update to the latest build via a fresh install. As last time it was fairly easy and I made a couple of notes.

I've reinstalled the image and configured most things as I want them. However for some reason I can't get the MetrixHD skin to apply. I've tried installing it using the plugins menu and manually by downloading the ipk.

I didnt make any notes for this, as I'm pretty surre I just downloaded it and it applied itself.

When I look under;

Menu >Setup > System > User Interface > Skin Setup

There is only Default and ViX-Night-HD


Any ideas?

After a little bit of testing. I now know I can install other skins, just not MetrixHD.

Any suggestions?

Sorted it. I had to delete the skin folder to allow it to reinstall properly.

/usr/share/enigma2/MetrixHD/
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MyMetrixHD/
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MyMetrix/


then restarted, reinstalled and restarted.
