How to stream from receiver to PC on internal network

How can I stream channels to VLC player on my pc thanks.

To stream put box ip into browser and click on TV button next to channel name.

Best to use Firefox as chrome downloads a file u need to click whereas FF opens VLC.

Thanks lads really appreciate your help can I still view the channels on my pc if the box is on standy? or does it have to be turned on?

You can still view on standby. Only deep SB puts box to sleep.

Is it me or are there other people having a problem when streaming a HD Channel SD Channels stream fine is there a transcoding problem with the HD's ???

The receiver does not do transcoding yet. HD uses greater bandwidth.
