[ruudy]

What do they need to do to encrypt the SD?

I dont know anything really but everything i have read suggested that i would be difficult for sky to do this. Something to do with millions of people are using old sd boxes

Try making a new bouquet say called ( Working ) then copy both the SD or HD channels you want to this new bouquet.
I have done this and all have copied over and all work ok.
