[Zgemma H7] Initial questions

Hi.
First time poster. I've recently replaced my old zgemma H2S running Whooshbuild and sly(Sky) skin on openatv. It's been great but needed a refresh(lots of crashes and missing channels/EPG data)

Just got new H7S with Vix. Pleased with it. Autobouquets a big improvement. Miss the sky skin but working my way through available skins. Default is pretty good . A few questions.

1) appears no way to get rid of annoying logo on front panel. Black tape only? Bit of a waste.

2) I migrated from old zgemma H2S box. OpenATV with Whooshbuild. All my recording were on external drive. This drive is no longer recognised by new box running Vix. If I initialise drive I lose everything? Anything I can do?

3) bouquets almost perfect, except film4 appears in secondary channels rather than movies. I can manually move it but in next bouquets scan I lose change. What steps do I follow?

4) file list menu on remote will take me to recordings. If i exit to return to TV channel, it's like reloading the channel with a slight audio interruption. Bit annoying rather than seamless(can hear audio perfectly whilst viewing file list)?

2) what format is the hdd currently? Should be ext4.

You may have to install exfat/NTFS drivers if your HDD is not in ext filesystem. Be warned, ViX coding blocks using non-ext filesystems for configuration in the menus although you can still record to it. Allowed devices for time shift was different to those for recording. Time shift and recording are different things.

What options have you used for ABM so we can duplicate it. Maybe a swap needs updating

Crazy remote Z Gemma h7 s

hi i have Zgemma h7s purchased from W>O>S .The problum i have been using openvix 6.5 all ok until several weeks ago .my issue is the H7s will not respond to the remote when left for 6.8 hrs .I have to reboot receiver from button on the back or switch on and off at wall socket .i have updated open vix 6.6 then 6.7 still the same.The remote works ok after a reboot replaced batterys in remote still the same . Also if i put The Z gemma h7s in deep stand by it turns it self back on but will not respond to remote action ? Any idea guys I have the same image on my Vu+dou 4k se no problums ????.

So turn on debug logs -> menu/setup/system/logs/settings > enable, save other than flash, local time. Take the restart.
post before and after logs here (attach .. not cut & paste)..so we can see whats going on (maybe something has crashed)
