[VU+ Solo2] IPTV/VOD Remote control help

Hi everyone,

I have a service on my Vu+ Solo2 that I can watch VOD. However, the Vu+ remote will not pause/forward/rewind these services. When I press these buttons on the remote it just displays the a symbol on the screen that means these buttons are not working with the current screen.
On the OpenPli image these buttons work.

Am I missing something?

Think the 'a service' bit is holding back replies. You're gonna need to be more specific.
