loopthrough on Vix 2.0 not working as with previous versions

Hello,

I installed 2.0 and tried to set one tuner to loopthrough of the other tuner in order to be able to watch a 2nd channel from the same satellite on the laptop.

That setup was working in previous VIX versions but does not anymore. When I am streaming on my laptop and then trying to zap on the TV I get an error that the tune has failed.

Is that a known issue with 2.0 and is there a solution for this?

Are the channels your trying to watch on the same transponder? With a single feed they will have to be on the same transponder.

Hello,

They are not actually but with previous VIX versions were not on the same transponder as well. It seems with the previous version I could actually with the setup explained above some transponders but not all (eg the Nova transponders, I could watch Nova Sports 1 on 11823 H on the TV and Nova Sports 2 12169 H on VLC but could not watch Nova Sports 1 and Nova Sports 3 on 10930 H simultaneously )
