[VU+ Solo2] MP4 fast forward issue

I've got the vu solo 2 box, it's on openvix build 808. I've been recording tv programs no problem at all with playback fast forwarding and rewinding upto x128 with out a problem... But when I download films in the mp4 format and try watching them as soon as I try fast forward or rewind it won't go faster then x2, then when I click play it reverts to where I starting fast forwarding or rewinding from!! I've downloaded films in MPEG and there is no problem. Is it hardware or a software fault?

Issue sorted didn't realize buttons 1-4-7 were jump buttons for rewinding and 3-6-9 was jump buttons for fast forwarding.
