[Mut@nt] HD51 NEW 2weeks old mutant HD51 OPEN VIX software fault,help needed

woke up 3am to find box flashing,switched on tv found screen going from the open vix picture tocomputer code page saying box has software fault something about being twisted,and please upload to vix team,had to switch off at mains to stop box,rotating from info to picture over and over again, new to this how do i do as box says ,box is still unplugged,help.....has been working with oscam for 3 days untill this happened..??

Upload the crash log for the team to look at.
Even with it in a boot loop you should still be able to ftp in and get the logs.
Then reflash to get running again, and restore a settings backup, if you have one.

new to linx, vix,mutant etc how do i 1 find crash log, 2upload to team.UPDATE...switched box back on...channels clearing,on test line from two days ago,it was a 24 hour test line.. in oscam clients etc showing ERROR (Errno 111)Connection refused log etc shows same but channels are clearing ?? vix image manager shows....there is a problem with this device,please reformat and try again (DOES THIS mean reflash the box if it does can i save my dish positions and sat channels,dont want so spend 3 hours scanning again HOW DO I DO IT remember im a 69 year old newby).... last update 2017-01-25. image4.2.028(release) skin Vix-Night-HD (1280 X 720) v1.07-r19........help
