[GiGaBlue QUAD] no sound with TSmedia and Mediaportal

I have no sound with TS media and youtube and also not with mediaportal

once i tried that then i have no sound anymore with the tv channels

after a reboot i have sound again on tv channels

My experience is that in A/V-settings both Dolby Digital/DTS downmix and AAC downmix must be set "yes". Then the sound is ok in TSMedia.

You might well have... but they lose value if you've taken them out of their boxes.

try rte's (post#3) solution ie Digital downmix -> yes and wait a minute. Works for me.

a fresh install with almost no apps , doesnt work either

A/V-settings both Dolby Digital/DTS downmix and AAC downmix must be set NO if you are using AV RECEIVER. Then go to Tsmedia configuration menu and change the player , use system player ,same go to media portal
