[VU+ Duo] Not recognising HDD or USB

Only had my Vu Duo a couple of days. I flashed it with Vix 3.0 from USB and it worked fine. Had a couple of problems with bouquets which is now sorted by using ABM.

However yesterday even though it recognised the USB when flashing it then didn't appear on mount manager when I was trying to put the EPG on there. Today I have got home from work, run ABM was about to run crossEPG and store it in the HDD which I did yesterday but now the HDD is not being recognised?

So no USB device at all shows in Mountmanager?
Then it could be that the powermanagement in your drive (actually in the SATA-USB converter) doesn't work properly; going to sleep and not awaking when required.
