Open box not connecting to router

Hi, I am seeking some advice on a problem I have and I hope I am in the right place and as I am a complete newbie !.

My Open box was working fine till a couple of days ago. Since then my FTA channels work fine but all others are scrambled . It says I am offline but I know my ethernet cable is fine as when i disconnect it from the Open box and connect it to an old laptop I have internet.! i would be grateful for any advice or suggestions please !. thank you in advance
