[VU+ Duo2] openvpn not starting

Trying to get openvpn working with my paid expressvpn service with no joy.

Downloading all files needed from expressvpn website.

Keep get this message when trying to start openvpn:

FAILED-> CLIENT FAILED->password

Also tried starting on receiver itself with no luck. Password in password.conf is defiently correct!

I would really like to get this working to unblock a few streaming addons so I would be very grateful for some help.

Mmm what about the username??

I use the same vpn but my router has vpn built into it so works using router rather than box itself.
