[TM-NANO-3T COMBO] OSCam (reader) newcamd [newcamd] disconnected: reason inactivity

Hi is any one experiencing this issue with OSCam on Hades image (reader) newcamd [newcamd] disconnected: reason inactivity.
Never had any problems before.

do u have the keepalive settings enabled?

When I enable keep alive under config-newcamd on the webif I click save and it ignores the setting and reverts back to being unticked.

There is no keep alive setting in the webif under readers for newcamd. I may have sorted it now as it doesn't seem to be happening in the live log anymore. Checked connect on Init and changed the inactivity timeout to zero.

Will see how it goes.

i never use the webif to set settings, i find it unreliable.
i always edit my conf files and restart oscam.

I'm only using oscam as client so have no newcamd section in my conf file, is this correct or do I just need to add it with the keep alive setting?

I just wonder the need for newcamd. Oscam as server and oscam as client using Cs357x protocol between each others is good enough and reliable for me.

I'm going to guess that you can't use that with remote readers and that we can't discuss on here

Remote readers work fine with oscam-oscam when using Cs357x protocol.

Hi all
Anyone find a solution for this???
I tried latest oscam and oscam from plugin feeds.
Looks like oscam goes in to standby mode and dont wake up on channel change i have to restart it to make it work again.
