[GiGaBlue QUAD] Oscam webif not working

Hi,

I like the new Vix Zeus 007 image but despite re-flashing I can't access oscam web interface on port 8888 from a browser [oscam works fine on box]. Oscam webif on port 80 is accessible but I cant stream channels either. Both of these worked fine on OpenRSI image I had.

Please could someone assist. thanks!

Working fine here, are you sure you have set/are using the correct port?
Check /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam.conf for

[webif]
httpport                      = 8888

Set the port to what you want.

hi thanks! was totally different in the conf file and works now.

i still cant get streaming to work from the webif. please can you suggest anything for that.

I presume you mean streaming from the inbuilt image WebIF & not oscams webif?
What errors are you getting? & what are you trying to stream to?

If you mean local streaming(STB to PC),just enter box ip in your browser and you will get Open Webif.

Hi, i was trying to stream from the inbuilt image webif [openwebif]. whenever i tried to play the saved .m3u file with windows media player, it refused to work. I installed vlc player and it works fine with that. So i've left it at that!
